The Greater Lynchburg region continues to see significant activity across various counties, with high-value transactions.

In Amherst County Angelette N. Taylor, Cade F. Nappier III, Milton E. Nappier, and Andreanna Martin sold their property at 223 Glade Road to Matthew and Christina J. Wysor for $280,000.

Appomattox County featured Edward Xaniel Austin Jr. and Lelie Cantley Austin selling 186 Sunrise St. to Heaven K. Strickland for $224,900. Another notable sale included Benton Bowman's sale of a parcel on Wildway Road to Equity Enterprises 1984 LLC for $96,000.

Bedford County had a transaction with Joseph M. and Joan M. Wiegand selling Lot 4, Section 3 on Tremont Court to Hosea Michael and Janna Beth Horneman for $425,000. William A. Burrows Jr. and Deborah L. Burrows sold 2668 Fancy Road to Cornerstone Contracting of VA LLC for $395,000.

Campbell County reported the highest single transaction across all areas with Jamie Lee White and Tiffany Marie White selling Lot 9 in Hillview Estates Subdivision to James Edward and Mellisa Renee Pressley for $625,000.

In the City of Lynchburg, Bently Grove LLC's saw the sale of Lot 31 in Bentley Grove to Stephen Hodnicki for $569,900. Another notable sale included Donna Joyce Adams and Maria Thacker Kingery selling 2728 Hurdle Hill Road to Linda Williams Hall for $395,900.

Building permits in Campbell County highlighted high-value new constructions, with Samuel Williams obtaining a permit for a new dwelling on Lot 3, Gladys Road, for $560,000.
