Below is a summary of key transactions, highlighting the highest-value property in each area and observed trends.

The City of Lynchburg saw its highest transaction at $2.1 million, with Long Meadows Inc. selling a multi-unit property on McConville Road to Forty-Seven VIII LLC.

Additional significant sales included a property in Beacon Hill Subdivision at 127 Beacon Hill Pl. for $780,000 and another in Ivylink for $630,000. The range of transactions, from $65,000 to $2.1 million, highlights the city’s broad real estate market, including residential, commercial, and investment properties.

In Amherst County, the highest transaction was the sale of 4.514 acres in the Town of Amherst by Golden Dawn Downing to Andrew and Sarah Beth Lennon for $380,000. Other significant sales included properties in Lamont Acres and Kiddhurst Acres. Transactions ranged from $27,000 to $380,000, indicating a mix of residential and land sales.

Appomattox County saw its highest-value transaction at $1.05 million. Nehalben Patel and Dipenkumar Patel sold properties on Piney Mountain Road and Oakville Road to Affluent Investments LLC. Another notable sale included seven parcels in Piney Mountain Subdivision for $950,000.

Bedford County’s top sales were recorded at $2.3 million, involving Thomas P. Bell’s sale of parcels in Lake Manor Estates to BBWL Holdings LLC.

Another significant transaction was the sale of parcels off Rucker Road for $551,000. Bedford County’s real estate activity featured a range of sales, including residential lots and larger investment properties, with values spanning from $11,000 to $2.3 million.
