No Establishment Had Zero Violations During April 1–7 Health Inspections

According to the Central Virginia Health District, inspectors conducted 22 food establishment inspections between April 1 and April 7. These included 13 routine inspections, six follow-ups, two pre-opening checks, and one classified as “Other.”

For the first time since we began publishing nearly a year ago, not a single food establishment recorded zero violations. This marks a notable shift, even as the total number of inspections was lower than usual—22 compared to the typical weekly average of 32.

• Four establishments had one violation.
• One had three violations.
• Two had four violations.
• Three had five violations.
• Suzaku Cafe received seven violations.
• Brauburgers in Forest topped the list with 12 violations.
