Parks & Rec Launches New Online Registration Platform

On June 3, Bedford County Parks & Recreation will launch a new, user-friendly online registration system called RecTrac. This platform makes it easier than ever to sign up for sports, senior activities, youth programs, and even reserve our recreation centers and picnic shelters—all from your computer or mobile device.

To help residents prepare for the transition, account registration is open now. Creating an account ahead of time will ensure you're ready to go when the platform goes live on June 3.

Here’s how to get started:

1. Visit www.bedfordcountyva.gov/register.
2. Select “Don’t have an account? Sign up now.”
3. Create a unique username and password.
4. Complete all required fields marked in red.
   • Families only need one account; you can add children using “Add New Member”
5. Verify your information, then click Save.
6. Check your email for a confirmation to complete the setup.
