Real Estate Rewind: This Week in Greater Lynchburg Real Estate Transactions May Week 2

Week two of May brought many high-value transactions to the Greater Lynchburg region. Highlighted below are notable transactions across the counties and the city.

The City of Lynchburg saw Michael and Anne Brewer's property sale to Viona S. Jones with a transaction valued at $589,000. Another significant sale was between Mark David Downey and Virginia Ann Cylke’s property on Heronhill Place to Jordan Price, for $340,000.

Amherst County saw Mia E. Crump and Spencer A. Crump's transaction with the sale of 307 Huff Creek Trail for $469,900.

Appomattox County’s highest sale was Richard Walker et al.'s transfer to Janet Lee Brewer, a transaction valued at $250,000.

In Bedford County, DNA Vacyas LLC's sold to Richard Hartman for $959,950. Thomas R. and Rosemary W. Grant also sold their unit in Bridgewater Bay Condominium to Deborah P. Campbell for $890,000.

Campbell County witnessed a few transactions, including Equity Enterprise 1984 LLC's transaction with Stephen G. and Mellisa C. Willis for $549,000. NBS Real Estate LLC sold to Hampton Star LLC. in Deer Creek for $503,400.

Bedford County saw a diverse range of building permits initiated this week. Lake Christian Ministries Inc. acquired a permit at 13105 S. Old Moneta Road for a new building for a food bank, valued at $830,935. Sole Source Solution LLC was issued a permit for a new dwelling in Mariner’s Landing, costing $799,000.
