At 715 Mansfield Ave., Philp D. Albin handed the keys over to Happy Properties LLC for $240,000. Prices ranged from the $860,000 sale in Irvington Park by Alejandro and Elizabeth Santillan to the Taylors, to the acquisition by Esfollies LLC at 2917 Carroll Ave. for $49,000.

The transaction between Larry L. and Rebecca M. Hurst to Matthew P. Williams for a lot in the serene Poplar Grove Golf Community for $430,000 transpired. Meanwhile, in Bedford County, James W. Andrews' sale to Wayman Consulting LLC on Falling Creek Road for $240,000 posted this week.

The Heritage Pointe LLC's sale to Julie A. Hobbs of Lot 60 in the Heritage Court Townhomes for $285,000 shows continued demand for modern, community-oriented living spaces within a certain price range. Similarly, the sale of Lot 3, section 1, Emerald Meadows by Susan M. Boyce to the Tarpleys in Campbell County took place.

Liberty University Inc.'s sold 4700 Greenwood Drive to Holliday St. LLC for $9,900.
