Weekly Inspections July 2

According to the Central Virginia Health District website, thirty food establishment inspections were conducted from June 20-24. Twenty were typical inspections, seven were follow-up inspections and three were Other and Pre-Opening.

This week resembled more of a typical week with nothing extraordinarily atypical.

Of the twenty typical inspections:

• Three had zero violations including:

• Three had one violation
• The remaining fourteen ranged from two to twelve. Milan Indian Cuisine on Wards Road and El Cazador in Alta Vista were on the top end with twelve and 10 violations observed respectively.
