In the City of Lynchburg, the highest transaction was the sale of 3316 Dorchester Court by Darren Todd Shopbell to Jeffrey M. and Melissa M. Bishop for $760,000. Shopbell was represented by Crysty Knowles with LYNCHBURG'S FINEST TEAM

Another significant sale involved DMC Holdings LLC and TLB Real Estate Holdings LLC, who sold four properties on Montview Forest Drive to L3 Real Estate LLC for $715,000.

Other transactions included a property in Linkhorne Forest sold for $420,000 and a home in Legacy Oaks Subdivision for $260,000. The lowest recorded sale was for two properties on Olive Street, bought for $1,500. The transactions suggest steady activity in both residential and commercial real estate.
