A review of these transactions suggests continued investment in both residential and commercial real estate across the region. Bedford County saw some of the highest residential sales, while Lynchburg and Amherst County recorded multiple mid-to-high-value property transfers. Campbell and Appomattox counties had moderate residential sales, with Campbell showing higher-value single-family home transactions. New construction and development projects, particularly the apartment complex in Bedford County, indicate ongoing growth in the area.
Overall, the Greater Lynchburg region’s real estate market remains active, with significant investments across multiple counties and new developments reinforcing a steady demand for both residential and commercial properties.
